Description

The objective of this course is to throw some light on how organizations that develop technology-based products and services apply hybrid approaches to project management, their characteristics, advantages, and disadvantages. Hybrid project management is essentially combining two or more project management methodologies. While in a general sense, this could mean any two methodologies, it mostly refers to the amalgamation of the agile and the waterfall methodologies.

 Learning Objectives:

This course is a part of our project management program, which was added due to changing trends in the industry. In this course we discuss a few tried and successful hybrid models. Our objective is to provide some insight to technical professional in project/program management.
