Learning Objectives: 

Running or managing a project in the healthcare sector involves using a set of tools and skills to help a hospital or other healthcare facility run efficiently. Healthcare project managers are typically responsible for designing and managing the phases of theses projects using value driven methodologies. This course will enable participants to learn the skills & tools needed to be a successful project manager in the healthcare sector and also make them aware of the responsibilities they will have to undertake to achieve success. In this course we will coach the participants on a few tried and tested methodologies applicable in health industry. The course follows the PMBOK Guide, Agile Practice Guide, HBR Guide to Project Management and many white papers published in the recent past.

He leads clients to improve their customer engagement by providing them with innovative solutions and training that can be integrated within their business models using the most advanced methodologies and technologies.

Mohammad founded Freedom Housing Inc. in 2017; a non-profit organization that promotes wellness and independence by providing supportive housing and outreach programs for vulnerable persons in Canada.
