Over forty years of professional management experience as Director, Consultant, Strategic Business Analyst, Project Manager and Business Development Manager. More than thirty-five years of successful project management experience in managing projects involving process improvement, process simplification, and business process re-engineering. Around twenty-two years of experience in business analysis with focus on enterprise analysis. More than fourteen years of experience in training professionals in Canada in the field of project management and business analysis (successfully trained around 5500 professionals to date). Core competencies include strategic business analysis, project management, and training.
SRIKANTH, PRM CQF SAS CERTIFIED WILEY CERTIFIED BIG DATA ANALYST
Srikanth has around 14 years of experience across training, consulting and software. He is a corporate trainer and data science consultant for Fortune 500 and MNC firms like VISA, Credit Suisse, CISCO, Honeywell, NXP, Metro, KPMG, PWC Analytics Advisory, Skoruz & Brillio technologies. He also has an extensive Machine Learning and Data Science consulting experience with SME firms like Merit Group and RVS Group, where he helped them set up new lines of business based on analytics despite constrained budgets and resources. He has a strong understanding of issues in analytics in the retail, marketing, and finance areas and has end to end capabilities to link analytical models to business goals and outcomes.
KAKON NAG, PhD PMP, DBA SSG
For over seventeen years Dr. Nag as in mid-to-top level management has been involved in project management activities in Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Chemical industries, and in relevant cutting edge research and development (R & D) projects. He has published a large number of high impact fundamental and applied research articles, and has been awarded prestigious fellowships for his outstanding performance in Japan and Canada. Currently as CEO of R&D Management Solution Inc. Canada, he has been instrumental in developing the ‘Personal Performance Index’ (2PI©) model, a novel and critical element for agile project management that will evaluate how the performance of a critical person affects relevant project in real time. He is a master in R & D project management.
GUY CHEUNG, PMP PgMP ITILV3 B.COM
Over twelve years of Project Management and ITIL consulting experience as ITIL Consultant and Project Manager. Guy obtained his ITIL Certification in year 2000. Since then, he has been a corporate trainer for Moneris, RBC and BMO etc. Guy consulted on many ITIL assessment projects and successfully implemented them. Guy is an expert in ITIL processes in conjunction with business processes and tool implementation including HP and CA products. Besides successfully implementing ITIL process and tool implementation projects, Guy is also an accomplished Project Manager. He has successfully implemented multiple merger and acquisition projects where he was responsible for merging one company’s infrastructure into the parent company’s infrastructure. He is one of those rare teachers who bring practical experience into teaching so that the students can benefit from real life experience. Guy is currently consulting with a major Canadian financial company.

Over fifteen years of Quality Assurance experience in diverse industries (automotive, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical equipment, toy and other consumer/service related industries) in Canada and other parts of the world. CB has successfully executed several lean and six sigma projects for improving processes related to commercialization, nonconformance management, supplier evaluation, warehousing, etc. As a certified trainer, he has trained hundreds of individuals in the various industries on problem solving methodology, auditing techniques, quality management tools, risk management, and supplier management. He has been an invitee at several speaking engagements and seminars covering topics – Quality Management Systems, Lean /Six Sigma, and Root Cause Analysis. He holds a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from University of Surrey, UK and Master of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, India. He also holds ASQ certification for Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB), Quality Auditor (CQA) and Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE).
CHAYA PAMULA, BPMP PMP ITIL SSGB MBA
Chaya Pamula is a visionary entrepreneur, Information Technology strategist and Business Process Management professional with over 20 years of Information Technology experience providing IT solutions to manufacturing, healthcare and finance industries. Chaya has extensive experience in strategy & planning, business relationship management, program and project management, outsourcing management, business process management (BPM), Productivity & Business Transformation initiatives & process improvement. Chaya has led many productivity initiatives that involved business process improvement, business transformation/re-engineering, and IT portfolio optimization in Pharma and Consumer Product verticals. Extensive experience in applying lean, six sigma methodologies to process improvement initiatives. Established and led Business Process Management Center of Excellence (BPM COE), defined standards, governance and created COEs for large corporations. Chaya holds a masters degree in Business Management (MBA), Certified in Business Process Management (BPMP®), Project Management (PMP®) from PMI, ITIL Foundation, and Six Sigma Green Belt. Over 12 years of professional technology management experience in IT & Telecom domains as Senior Project Manager (PMO), Project Manager, IT Manager, and Business Analyst. He has implemented several infrastructure & software projects including Telemedicine, E-Office, Identity & Access Management (Aveksa) etc. He demonstrated expertise in writing Business Case, Strategic Planning, Requirements Gathering, Application Development, Execution, Monitoring and Controlling with the ability to support multiple large concurrent projects. Expertise in management roles that demand a high level of collaboration and influencing skills, managing staff & cross-functional / cross-cultural teams, multitasking & delivering quality critical projects.
MOHAMMAD HIJAZI, BPharm MBA PMP
For over twenty years Mohammad has been involved in project management activities and has consistently achieved commercial excellence in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Industries as a manager, consultant and trainer. Mohammad Holds a B.Sc. in Pharmacy, MBA in Strategic Marketing and is a certified PMP.
Currently as managing director for Peex Health Solutions, Canada, Mohammad provides quality products and services to the healthcare sector in Canada and the Middle East adhering to commercial excellence practices. He leads clients to improve their customer engagement by providing them with innovative solutions and training that can be integrated within their business models using the most advanced methodologies and technologies.
Mohammad founded Freedom Housing Inc. in 2017; a non-profit organization that promotes wellness and independence by providing supportive housing and outreach programs for vulnerable persons in Canada.
