This course was offered to professionals to take care of the PDU requirements in two specific knowledge areas of the talent triangle namely, Power Skills and Business Acumen.

Learning Objectives:
This course is part of the Management & Leadership programmes offered by SDL. The course is an attempt to improve Emotional Intelligence of technical professionals through training. It focuses upon the five key elements as highlighted by Daniel Goleman in his book “Emotional Intelligence”, namely, Self-awareness, Self-regulation, Motivation, Empathy, and social skills.
